Location and Parking

Our Clinic is located in the building next to Super Cheap Auto, between Norman Drive and Sparks St. We are south of Westfield Chermside on the opposite side of the road. Parking is available out the front on Gympie Road, or on the surrounding side streets. There is also a small carpark behind the building, which you can access by driveway between the Clinic and Super Cheap Auto. Wheelchair accessible. There is no rail access, however approximately 5 minutes’ walk from the Clinic is the Bus Station at Chermside Shopping Centre.

Fees and Payments

Our standard consultation fee is $75 of which you will receive a partial rebate from Medicare. All Pensioners and Health Care Card holders are bulk billed.

Please note, individual Doctor fees may apply, and Bulk Billing is at the Doctors’ discretion. For clarification please phone reception.

Dr Chris Ho is a FULL TIME dedicated Skin Cancer Physician (and LEAD Clinician Qld) with the Australian Skin Cancer Clinics (ASCC) since 2003, and a SCCA Accredited Skin Cancer Practitioner. He has a Postgraduate Diploma of Dermatology, completed formal Part 1 Surgical Training with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) and worked as a Surgical Registrar in various Brisbane's tertiary hospitals. Now, he focusses his dermatological training and surgical skills (employing basic “plastic surgery” technique) to achieve the most optimal outcome for his patients in his Skin Cancer practices at Chermside and Cannon Hill ASCC in Brisbane. He contributed to the 2014 National Parliamentary Inquiry into Skin Cancer in Australia.

Dr Hatem Alkureshy is an experienced Full Time Skin Cancer Doctor. He is a Fellow of the Skin Cancer College Australasia and Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners; with Masters in Skin Cancer and diplomas and certificates in Practical Dermatology, Skin Cancer Surgery, Skin Cancer Medicine, and Paediatric Medicine.

Dr Cathy Mojado

Dr Mojado is a General Practitioner who has been working as a skin cancer doctor for more than 10 years.

Catherine obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree in the Philippines in 1990. She went into residency in Family Medicine and in the course of her training, realised that she loves doing minor surgeries.

She started working as a skin cancer doctor in 2005. She is a member and examiner of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioner and is also a member of the Skin Cancer College of Australia.
